A Purpose Driven Recruiting Process

Joining the Cinnaire team requires some effort but it’s worth it. Since our unique culture is a reflection of our Why and our values, our three-step hiring process starts with careful screening of potential candidates. The first step in the process is a phone interview with a team manager to determine if your professional qualifications and experience are a match for the position. Next, you’ll meet in person for an interview with the manager, team members and one of our Human Resource managers. The third step is an assessment with our staffing consultant Plante Moran and includes a series of online personality and cognitive abilities tests and a one hour face-to-face interview. After these three steps, we have a strong sense of whether you are a good fit for Cinnaire and you’ll know if the position and our culture are a good fit for you.
