A Purpose Driven Recruiting Process

Joining the Cinnaire team requires some effort but it’s worth it. Since our unique culture is a reflection of our Why and our values, our five-step hiring process begins with successful candidates. A phone interview with a team manager determines if your professional qualifications and experience are a match. Then you’ll meet in person with the manager, team members and one of our Human Capital managers. The fourth step is a third party assessment consisting of online personality and cognitive abilities testing and a one hour face to face interview with a resource staffing consultant. 

We take hiring seriously. Those who are offered positions are special individuals indeed. Once onboard, you’ll go through extensive, long term training and integration.
