A Purpose Driven Recruiting Process

At Cinnaire, we take hiring seriously because we believe that bringing the best people on board is crucial to our success. Our purpose-driven hiring process is designed to ensure that you’re a great addition to our unique culture, which reflects our mission and values. While the process may require more time and effort than usual, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Here’s what you can expect:

  1. Step One: Skills Interview
    Your journey begins with a video interview with the hiring manager, where we’ll explore your professional qualifications and experience and determine your potential alignment with the position.

  2. Step Two: Team Interview
    Next, you’ll participate in a videoconference team interview with the hiring manager, team members, and one of our HR professionals. This is an opportunity for you to learn more about our team dynamic and for us to assess your levels of proficiency in the key competencies of the position.

  3. Step Three: Assessment with Plante Moran
    In the final step, you’ll complete an assessment with our talent and organizational development consultant, Plante Moran. This includes a series of online personality and cognitive ability tests and a one-hour video interview with an organizational development professional to gain a deeper understanding of your potential and how you could contribute to our team.

After these three steps, we’ll have a solid understanding of how your skills and competencies might add value to Cinnaire, and you’ll know whether our culture is aligned with your personal values and career aspirations.

Once onboard, we’ll provide you with extensive training and career growth and development opportunities. You’ll participate in events and activities that build strong connections with your colleagues and become part of a high-performing team—and most importantly, you’ll feel right at home.
