A career at Cinnaire opens countless opportunities for employees to build their skills, push limits and uncover their potential. What makes Cinnaire a great place to work? By putting people first, we strive to be a force for positive change in our people’s lives and the communities we serve. From above industry benefits and unlimited personal time off to mentoring and training, our ethos is deeply rooted in inclusion, opportunity and development. The result? An incredible spirit of individuality, collaboration and commitment to purpose has evolved. It’s our culture of living our Why and it is catching on!
We believe in doing well by doing good, in our business and as a team of people. In addition to generous compensation packages, Cinnaire demonstrates our value for our people with an impressive range of benefits, including unlimited paid time off; comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance; an employee wellness plan; retirement and profit sharing plans; weekly organic fresh fruit deliveries; and company paid cell phone service. An open-door policy and monthly lunches with the CEO promote transparency and open communication. Volunteer programs in each office – including paid volunteer time – foster community giving, service, and living our Why.
Joining the Cinnaire team requires some effort but it’s worth it. Since our unique culture is a reflection of our Why and our values, our five-step hiring process begins with a Cultural Fit interview to seek out individuals who will thrive in our environment. Next a phone interview with a team manager determines if your professional qualifications and experience are a match. Then you’ll meet in person with the manager, team members and one of our Human Capital managers. The fourth step is a third party assessment consisting of online personality and cognitive abilities testing and a one hour face to face interview with a psychologist.
We take hiring seriously. Those who are offered positions are special individuals indeed. Once onboard, you’ll go through extensive, long term training and integration. You’ll participate in events and activities that build connections with your colleagues. You’ll become part of a high performing team. And you’ll feel right at home.
