Jeff Mack, Jr.
Jeff Mack, Jr. brings over 20 years of experience in banking, real estate development, and property management to his role on the Cinnaire Solutions Board. As the First Vice President of Business Development for The Park Bank of Madison, Jeff has established himself as a leader in community-focused financial growth and real estate development. His background includes serving as Vice President of Mortgage Lending for BMO Harris Bank and M&I Bank, where he earned top honors, including recognition as the Top All-Around Mortgage Banker and Top Performer in Personal Banking. Jeff has a unique history as a former linebacker for the Minnesota Vikings.
Jeff’s extensive experience in business development and mortgage lending has given him a strong grasp of the real estate industry’s complexities, positioning him to make a meaningful impact on the Cinnaire Solutions board. Drawn by our organization’s commitment to promoting a more diverse and inclusive real estate landscape, Jeff aims to support grassroots innovation, drive community impact, and strengthen collaboration across sectors to advance Cinnaire Solutions’ strategic vision.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, Jeff was a two-time Academic All-American and served as Captain of the UW Football Team. In addition to his professional achievements, his dedication to excellence and leadership in both his professional and athletic endeavors reflects his commitment to fostering growth and opportunity in every community he serves.

Gina Worthey
Gina Worthey, an accomplished leader in project management, executive coaching, and leadership development, joins the Cinnaire Solutions Board with a wealth of experience spanning government, nonprofit, and Fortune 500 sectors. As the Managing Director of Worthey Solutions International, Gina has delivered impactful leadership training and consulting services globally, working with senior-level clients such as the USDA, U.S. Department of Defense, University of Oxford, and Shell Corporation in Brazil. Her international expertise is complemented by her hands-on involvement in community-focused initiatives across the Mid-Atlantic region.
Gina has made significant contributions to Cinnaire’s partners, securing essential grant funding for Southbridge Community Development Corporation and creating a workforce development program for Central Baptist Community Development Corporation. Her role as Project Manager with Baltimore Corps during the COVID-19 pandemic demonstrated her commitment to public health equity, as she spearheaded the creation of pop-up vaccine clinics that provided accessible healthcare services to underserved neighborhoods in Baltimore.
Driven by a passion for empowering organizations and individuals, Gina’s approach emphasizes leadership development, financial literacy, workforce growth, and restorative justice. Her contributions to workforce development have been recognized by the City of Wilmington, Delaware, which honored her with a Resolution for Distinguished Service for a training program that positively impacted over 350 individuals and entrepreneurs.
Gina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Messiah College, a Master of Arts in Urban Affairs and Public Policy from the University of Delaware, and an Executive Leadership Programme certificate from the University of Oxford.
