Trey is Senior Vice President, Loan Management Services, in our Chicago office. Trey started as an Asset Manager in 2012 and has held various positions in Asset Management and Portfolio Management and VP of Portfolio Management and Servicing for our affordable housing lending products. In his role as SVP, Trey is now responsible for leading the portfolio management and servicing functions for all Cinnaire’s lending products.
As an affordable lender, Cinnaire offers financing to properties that support our Why – we have an unwavering belief that all people deserve the opportunities provided by living in healthy communities. Trey lives by the Cinnaire Why and takes great satisfaction in working to grow the Cinnaire Lending platform.
Trey’s real estate background includes experience in office, retail, industrial and both market-rate and affordable multifamily properties, with a focus in management, ownership, and lending. Prior to his career in real estate, Trey served as a non-commissioned officer in the U.S. Army Infantry, deploying once to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He received the Army Commendation Medal for his service in Iraq.
Trey earned his M.B.A. with a concentrations in Real Estate and Investment Management from DePaul University in Chicago.
