Mary is based in our Lansing office. As Director, Learning and Talent Development, she is charged with fostering a learning community and developing solutions to implement Cinnaire’s business objectives within our comprehensive talent development system. Mary is focused on creating and strengthening our training programs and she works to ensure all programs are in alignment with Cinnaire’s diversity and inclusion strategic plan. Mary’s passion for our mission and her love of people makes her job rewarding as every aspect of her work is related to helping people and making lives better.
Mary previously served as an Asset Manager at Cinnaire. She began her career in the property management industry in 1998, serving as a leasing consultant.
Mary was instrumental in developing the Cinnaire/MSHDA Asset Management Conference and is a leader on the Building Michigan Communities Conference (BMCC) planning committee. She guides our Staff Engagement Committee to enhance and support Cinnaire’s culture.
Mary serves as Treasurer for the Capital Area Housing Partnership and volunteers with Meals on Wheels, Greater Lansing Food Bank and Michigan Coalition Against Homelessness.
