Lora serves as the REO Manager for Cinnaire’s real estate owned portfolio assets in our Detroit, MI office. She joined Cinnaire in 2020 as a Special Assets Manager, responsible for watchlist assets.
Lora has over 30 years in the real estate industry, working primarily in property and asset management, developing a solid understanding of Federal and state multifamily housing programs. Before joining Cinnaire, Lora served as Vice President of Asset Management at LARC Community Development Group. She currently serves as a board member on the Southfield Housing Nonprofit Corporation and is the Southfield Housing Commission Board president.
Lora attended Wayne State University and Rochester College. She received her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
