Administrative Coordinator

Tomyra joined Cinnaire in 2018 as Administrative Coordinator in our Wilmington office.  In her role, Tomyra is responsible for maintaining file systems (paper and electronic), purchasing and monitoring office supplies to ensure they are adequately stocked for operations, managing maintenance needs (copy, fax and postage meter machines, computers, building management, etc.), managing mail & overnight delivery services, distributing mail, assisting staff with preparation of items for distribution, schedule and provide support for special events (i.e. conference calls, training workshops, special luncheons or dinner events, arranging overnight lodging for out of town guests, managing RSVP’s, etc.), coordinating calendars with staff and board members regarding scheduled events & meetings, and preparing general correspondence.  

Prior to joining Cinnaire, Tomyra was a Property Manager for the Philadelphia Housing Authority. 

Tomyra earned ber B.B.A. from Drexel University.
