Terrence is a Loan Officer at Cinnaire’s Detroit, MI office. He is responsible for the business development, underwriting, and closing of loans, in the Detroit, Michigan and Midwest area of Cinnaire’s 9-state footprint.
Prior to joining Cinnaire, he served as Vice President in PNC’s Community Development Banking, where he closed over $28MM in community development loans and investments supporting affordable housing and economic development. He also managed PNC’s lending and investing portfolio of over $100MM in community development projects across Michigan.
An active member of his community, Terrence volunteers for a number of organizations including Meals on Wheels, Salvation Army and Covenant House as well as teaching financial literacy and life skills to young adults.
Terrence graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and earned a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Michigan.
