Tedi joined Cinnaire as Assistant Underwriter in our Chicago office. He assists our Underwriting team in evaluating and structuring real estate equity investments and assessing the risks and mitigants associated with such.
Tedi most recently served as Managing Partner at JP Acquisitions, where he worked with his partner to close on their first multifamily housing project. He previously worked as Development Associate where he educated clients including financial advisors, individuals, and institutional investors on the Morningside Direct platform.
Tedi earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from DePaul University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He is a member of the National Honor Society.
