Tamara Dudukovich serves on Cinnaire’s Board of Directors.
Tamara is an accomplished real estate development professional with experience as both a developer and lender/investor across both the nonprofit and private for-profit sectors. During her more than 30-year career, she has sourced, structured, and delivered projects that have served to expand affordability, opportunity, and inclusivity. As a developer, Tamara held progressively responsible positions to execute and direct engagements; she has conceptualized projects, leveraged federal, state, and local funding sources, and collaborated with government and community partners throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest. As Vice President and Senior Community Lending Officer for one of the nation’s largest financial institutions, Tamara placed debt and tax credit equity and broadened the bank’s participation in various community revitalization efforts.
Tamara currently is owner and principal of Avenue Ventures LLC, an independent affordable housing and community development consultant based in Pittsburgh, PA. Avenue Ventures offers clients a range of contract and advisory services built upon Tamara’s comprehensive knowledge, professional network and specialized expertise as a community developer and lender.
Tamara graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Civilization, minoring in Urban Studies. She holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Chicago with a concentration in urban development. She is a full member of the Urban Land Institute, and past Chair for the ULI Pittsburgh District Council. Other civic involvement includes serving as a board member and participant on tasks forces and panels to inform public policy decisions affecting community design, affordable housing, inclusionary zoning, and transit.
