Steven is an Asset Manager, Dispositions based in Cinnaire’s Detroit, MI Office. He is responsible for managing efforts with direct legal counsel, tax advisors, title and limited partners to effectuate a timely and compliant exit of real estate equity investments.
With more than eight years of experience in contract and lease negotiations and portfolio management, Steven is skilled at developing successful asset strategies. Prior to joining Cinnaire, he served as a real estate representative for Outfront Media, managing a multi-million dollar portfolio of 500 sign and billboard leases. He also gained experience in real estate serving with Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, Aronoff & Linnell, PLLC, Schulist Homes, Inc. and MSHDA. His background in real estate and development demonstrate his goal of providing all people access to safe, affordable, and healthy communities.
Steven earned a B.A. in Political Science from Michigan State University and a J.D. from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He is a licensed lawyer and Associate Real Estate Broker.
