Steven is an Equity Processor, Underwriting, in Cinnaire’s Grand Rapids, MI office. Each day, he collaborates with underwriters and attorneys to ensure progression for equity real estate investment closings as well as the timely transition of new projects from Business Development to Underwriting.
Prior to joining Cinnaire, Steven worked at PNC Bank in Okemos, MI. He was hired as a Universal Banker and within three years was promoted to Branch Manager. As Manager, he ensured his branch provided a proactive client experience by offering solutions and advice to improve clients’ financial well-being. In that role, he exercised leadership, authority and sound decision making to mitigate sales practice risk and ensure the branch complied with regulatory guidelines.
Steven is committed to bettering communities through personal contributions. He serves on committees for the Old Town Commercial Association and Lansing Pride.
