Pam is an Asset Manager, Stabilized Assets, in Cinnaire’s Detroit, MI office. She is responsible for ensuring the financial success of a portfolio of real estate debt and equity investments through direct interaction with the owners, maintaining compliance with executed partnership agreements and enforcing adherence to regulatory agreements.
Pam joined Cinnaire with more than 20 years of experience managing multiple multi-family properties. She served as Regional Manager for Continental Management and Vice President for North Management, overseeing all aspects of operations. She was also responsible for staffing, compliance and financial analysis, and excelled at stabilizing challenging properties, re-syndications and property renovations. In 2020, Pam received Detroit Metropolitan Apartment Association’s PRISM Award for Regional Manager of the Year as an individual who went above and beyond as a neighbor and provider of service to residents.
Pam obtained a Michigan Real Estate License, is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and completed Advanced Instructor Training through the National Apartment Association Education Institute.
