Miranda joined Cinnaire in 2020 and is Construction Asset Manager in our Madison, WI office. She is charged with overseeing a portfolio of real estate debt and equity investments, monitoring, reporting and processing data to ensure the financial success of the individual partnerships.
Miranda brings a broad range of experience in property management to Cinnaire. She held multiple positions at CAP Services, Inc., including Assistant Director of Housing-Asset Management, Rental Property Manager and Housing Program Coordinator, where she managed a portfolio of rental housing with Section 42 LIHTC, HUD HOME, and FHLB AHP funding and worked with investors and government agencies, overseeing compliance reporting, equity requests, and budgeting. Prior to that, she served as Success Manager at Quietyme, where she worked with healthcare staff to create, implement, and track improvement plans related to noise reduction.
Miranda earned an Associates Degree in Individualized Technical Studies – Property Management from Moraine Park Technical College and is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) with Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) , BACE42 Certified with TheoPRO Group and Certified Property Manager Candidate (CPM) with IREM.
