Marissa Downs serves on Cinnaire Solutions’ Board of Directors.
Ms. Downs is principal at Mosaic Property Ventures, a multifamily housing development company that takes a thoughtful approach to community development by creating dynamic neighborhoods and housing opportunities for individuals, families, and older adults.
Ms. Downs began her career as an analyst at Related Capital, and later served as the Director of Development at SunStarr Real Estate Group and the Senior Vice President at Commonwealth Development Corporation. She is a member of the board of directors of the Trout Museum of Art and serves as Chairperson of the board of directors of the Wisconsin Partnership for Housing Development and Chair of the Appleton Redevelopment Authority.
Ms. Downs received a BBA from U.W. Madison in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics.
