Lora is Asset Manager, Special Assets, in our Detroit office. In this position, she oversees a portfolio of real estate debt and equity investments.
Prior to joining Cinnaire in 2020, Lora served as Vice President of Asset Management at Larc Community Development Group, an industry leader that has developed and preserved over 6,000 affordable housing units and 21 properties. As a Senior Executive, she managed a portfolio totaling 3,500 units and was responsible for the financial, operational, and risk management aspects of each Larc community.
Previously, Lora was a Regional Vice President for National Church Residences, the nation’s largest non-for-profit provider of affordable senior housing and services. Lora has been involved with multifamily residential real estate for more than 25 years specializing in the management and development of affordable housing communities. In addition to her experience in acquisition and disposition transitions and mixed-income portfolio performance, Lora has been actively involved in $75 million in rehab and preservation of affordable housing.
Lora attended Wayne State University and Rochester College. She received her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Lora serves as a board member on the Southfield Housing Nonprofit Corporation and the City of Southfield Housing Commission.
