Larry joined our team as Equity Underwriter supporting Cinnaire’s LIHTC investing across our nine-state footprint. He is charged with evaluating and structuring real estate equity investments and assessing the risks and associated mitigants.
Early in his career, Larry worked in the hedge fund industry but switched gears in 2012 to become a Project Manager for the Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation. Since then, he has held positions with the Downtown Memphis Commission, Ralph A. Falbo, Inc., High Street Consulting Group, and BNY Mellon supporting community and economic development with a focus on affordable housing. Most recently, as VP, Community Development at BNY Mellon, he managed the underwriting and monitoring for loans and investments in Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) projects located in BNY Mellon’s Pittsburgh market.
Larry earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from University of San Carlos (Philippines) and a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University. He has served as Business Development Volunteer for the Peace Corps.
