Kristin is the Manager of Stabilized and Special Assets at Cinnaire. In this role, she is responsible for Cinnaire’s watchlist portfolio, leading our team of Asset Stabilization Experts managing watchlist assets, in addition to overseeing the Asset Managers for our stabilized portfolio and troubled assets within our equity portfolio.
