Jim Logue joined Cinnaire in 2003 and serves as Executive Vice President. Prior to joining Cinnaire, Jim spent 12 years as executive director of the Michigan State Housing Development Authority.  Before coming to Michigan, Jim held positions including executive director of the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency, director of programs and policy at the National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA), and deputy assistant secretary for multifamily housing programs at the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development in Washington, D.C. Â
Jim also served as president of NCSHA and chaired its best practices committee for the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit. Nationally known as an expert in affordable housing, he has testified before Congress on housing policy and assisted in the development of federal housing programs at the invitation of members of Congress.Â
