Elisabeth's Life Vision:

Elisabeth joined Cinnaire as Development Manager in our Madison, WI office, working closely with Cinnaire Solutions and Priority City leaders on matters related to the organization’s real estate development strategy and manages and coordinates the implementation of development projects. In 2022, Elisabeth transitioned to becoming a Loan Underwriter for the Lending team. Elisabeth is driven to use her experience and talents to improve communities. She is particularly interested in addressing racial inequity by supporting affordable housing. Prior to joining Cinnaire, Elisabeth served as a Community Investment Programs Specialist at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago where she was a senior application reviewer of Affordable Housing Program (AHP) grant applications. While pursuing her master’s degree, she also worked as a graduate research assistant facilitating community-led planning initiatives in economic development and housing, including managing community visioning sessions, increasing youth engagement, and translating community vision into planning recommendations. Elisabeth earned a B.S. in Landscape Architecture from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and a Master of Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
