Dali is a Human Resources Specialist in Cinnaire’s Detroit, MI office. He provides support for Cinnaire’s HR operations while assisting employees with benefits, policies and the orientation process. Dali also serves as a liaison between Cinnaire and our external health, disability, and retirement plan providers. Dali enjoys working in an environment that values employee’s wellbeing in order to improve the lives of people and the communities we serve.
Prior to joining Cinnaire, Dali worked for the US Department of State (DOS), serving seven years at the U.S. Embassy in Tunisia as a Human Resources Specialist, Payroll Liaison and Grants Analyst. He was recognized for his willingness to collaborate and create business solutions through the practical application of HR principles and/or operational initiatives, receiving the DOS Meritorious Honor Award three times.
Dali earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies level, Communication from the University of Michigan Dearborn and an Associate in Applied Science in Computer Information Systems from Henry Ford Community College. He is also certified in Human Resources Management, Advanced Human Resources, Payroll and Allowances and as a Grants Officer Representative.
