Christina Smith is Vice President, Equity Management, joining the Fund Modeling team. She was previously VP in Investor Relations, responsible for growing and maintaining Cinnaire’s investor base. She joined Cinnaire as an Equity Underwriter after serving as a consultant for our equity team, responsible for underwriting and closing tax credit investments with a focus on affordable housing projects. She was subsequently being promoted to Senior Equity Underwriter.
In 2021, Christina started her own consulting firm, providing financial services to companies including Cinnaire. Prior to that, worked at National Trust Community Investment Corporation for 15 years, starting as an Assistant Asset Manager and steadily progressing to NMTC Compliance Manager, then Senior Project Manager. Responsible for a $1.3 billion portfolio of HTC and NMTC investments, she is skilled in complex financial structures, tax credit investments, and asset management.
Christina received a BA in Philosophy and English from the University of Scranton and an MPS in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance and Development from Georgetown University.
