Carl's Life Vision:

Carl Reidy sits on Cinnaire’s Board of Directors. Mr. Reidy’s professional career spans over 45 years. He has served as a member of the US Treasury client relationship team leading State Street Global Advisors’ role on the HFA Initiative. Before SSGA, Reidy was with Fannie Mae where he was Co-lead for Neighborhood Partnership Initiative and a member of Senior Management for both the American Communities Fund and Community Lending overseeing a team dedicated to business development, asset management and credit quality. Under his lead Public Entities business developed a first of its kind Single Family Affinity Agreement with the National Council of State Housing Agencies. He also served as Senior Business Representative for the development and implementation of the HFA Initiative with Treasury, FHFA and Freddie Mac. At Credit Suisse First Boston, he was a member of the Public Finance team focusing on State Housing Finance Agencies and Infrastructure opportunities. Mr. Reidy has served as Executive Director of the National Council of State Housing Finance Agencies. In that role he was a key leader in the creation of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program. He was also a developer with Transcon Builders, focusing on Section 8 family and elderly developments and the development of the first high-end nursing homes.
