Beth Baar is Vice President, Asset Management, Construction and Stabilized Assets, in Cinnaire’s Madison, WI, office. Prior to this, she served as Manager, Construction and Lease Up, managing an internal construction team, overseeing a portfolio of real estate debt and equity investments. Beth’s areas of expertise are in the monitoring of construction and lease-up phase of a development and finding possible opportunities, issues, or problems and working towards mutually beneficial solutions. She enjoys working with a team, including partners and the devoted staff at Cinnaire, that are committed to providing housing for those who need it.​
​Prior to joining Cinnaire in 2018, Beth worked at CAP Services as Director of Real Estate Services. In 1994, she started volunteering for a local community action agency and was impressed with the diligence, dignity, and kindness in which staff worked to provide assistance for families which has been a focal point in Beth’s career ever since.​
​Beth earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
