B.J. Everson is Vice President, Fund Management & Dispositions, based out of Cinnaire’s Detroit, MI, office. He is responsible for creating, monitoring, and enhancing internal policy and procedure for the disposition of investments from the Cinnaire portfolio.
During his 10+ years as an asset management professional, B.J. consistently maximized operational efficiencies and provided management of properties in his affordable housing portfolio. Most recently, he served as Director Asset Management for Millennia Housing Management, where he evaluated the physical condition of his properties, reviewed financial data and provided reports to investment partners and agencies and worked to stabilize troubled assets. Prior to that, B.J. spent 10 years with Nationwide Insurance, hired as a Senior Accountant before being promoted to Investment Analyst, Tax Credits Asset Management.
B.J. received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, finance and marketing, and an MBA from Ohio University.
