Anthony serves an Assistant Underwriter in Cinnaire’s Chicago office. He assists Underwriters in evaluating and structuring real estate equity investments and assessing the financial strength of the borrowers, development team, and the area’s real estate market.
Anthony is an analytical and creative real estate professional who approaches projects proactively to develop effective solutions for complex issues. Most recently, he worked as a Financial Planning Analyst for the City of Chicago evaluating the financial feasibility of proposed development projects and reviewing the economic benefits to the public sector. He is also the Managing Principal for SAW Properties and Development, collaborating with lenders, contractors, architects, municipalities, and senior staff to establish and monitor out short- and long-term strategies.
Anthony earned a BS in Finance from Chicago State University and is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker.
