Andrea joined Cinnaire as a Financial Analyst, Special Assets in our Lansing, MI office. She is responsible for collecting and analyzing financial statements, tax returns, insurance and title work to support the Special Assets team and the Real Estate Owned (REO) Manager.
Prior to joining Cinnaire, Andrea worked for the Lansing Housing Commission where she sought to improve the quality of affordable housing and foster thriving communities. As Senior Asset Manager she managed over 400 townhomes, duplexes and houses throughout the Lansing area, overseeing maintenance staff and property managers to ensure they provided safe, sanitary and quality housing for low-income residents. In addition, she serves on the board of the City of Lansing’s Lett’s Community Center.
Andrea earned a Bachelor of Arts in Family Community Services from Michigan State University.
