Jim Logue Elected FHLBI Board Vice-Chair

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (FHLBI) recently announced Jim Logue has been elected Board vice-chair. Dan Moore, President and CEO of Home Bank in Martinsville, has been elected as board President.

“I am proud to say that we have a very active and involved Board, and I know that the election of Dan Moore and Jim Logue to key leadership roles will continue us on that path moving forward,” President and CEO Cindy Konich said. “Our Board and management team work closely together so that we are well-positioned to serve as a reliable partner to our members.”

Jim serves as Chief Public Policy Officer at Cinnaire. Prior to joining Cinnaire, Jim spent 12 years as executive director of the Michigan State Housing Development Authority.  Before coming to Michigan, Jim held positions including executive director of the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency, director of programs and policy at the National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA), and deputy assistant secretary for multifamily housing programs at the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development in Washington, D.C.  

Jim also served as president of NCSHA and chaired its best practices committee for the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit. Nationally known as an expert in affordable housing, he has testified before Congress on housing policy and assisted in the development of federal housing programs at the invitation of members of Congress. Jim serves on the board of the National Housing Trust, and he is a past board member of the Corporation for Supportive Housing and Sparrow Home Health Care. Jim has served as an Independent Director for the FHLBI Board since 2006.
