Cinnaire (Cinnaire) is pleased to announce the promotion of Fred Hash to Senior Vice President of Business Development. He has led business development for Cinnaire for the past fifteen years, and has worked in the community development industry for over thirty years.
Previously, he served as Vice President/Director of Business Development for Cinnaire. He has been instrumental in originating affordable housing development across the State of Indiana.
Most recently, he led development partners from public and private sectors to complete the nationally recognized and award-winning Lincoln Apartments, a permanent supportive housing development serving formerly homeless Veterans in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Prior to joining ICFH and Cinnaire, Fred served as the Community Investment Officer for ten years at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis.
Moving forward, he will have an increased role in selling Cinnaire’s products to development partners in Indiana and Illinois. Additionally, he will work closely with Cinnaire’s Capital Raising division, not only to continue to market and raise capital for the Indiana Community Funds, but to capitalize on his relationships to assist in raising capital in other areas.
Fred Hash served in the United States Army for two years, 1971 to 1973, during the Vietnam Era. He served in the 138th Military Police Co. and received National Defense and Good Conduct Medals for his service. He was honorably discharged in 1973.
