Cinnaire Recognized as Best Nonprofit to Work For by the Nonprofit Times

Annual Award Program Honors the Best Employers in the Industry

Cinnaire announced today the company has been recognized as a 2020 Best Nonprofit to Work For by the Nonprofit Times, the leading business publication for nonprofit management. This is the sixth time Cinnaire has received this honor, with a 2020 ranking of #38 of the top 50 Best Nonprofits overall.

The Nonprofit Times partnered with Best Companies Group to identify nonprofit organizations where leaders have excelled in creating quality workplaces. The survey and award program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in the nonprofit industry, benefitting the industry’s economy, workforce and businesses.

Nonprofits from across the United States entered the two-part survey process to determine the  Best Nonprofits to Work For. The first part consists of evaluating organization’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consists of an employee survey to measure employee experience. The multi-part process is designed to gather detailed data about each participating nonprofit. Cinnaire team members completed a questionnaire and a confidential survey. Board members, investors and partners provided insight to assist the Best Companies Group in analyzing Cinnaire’s workplace environment.

Cinnaire provides above industry benefits, including unlimited personal time off, paid volunteer time, company cell phones, generous compensation packages, a profit-sharing plan and a comprehensive benefits package. An open-door policy and lunches with the CEO promote transparency and establishes open communication.
