James Peffley is the first recipient of the award from outside Pennsylvania.  Housing Development Corporation MidAtlantic President Michael R. Carper announced today that the nonprofit will name James Peffley its 2015 Housing Advocate of the Year at HDC’s Faces of Affordable Housing banquet in April. The banquet will be held from 5 to 9 p.m.
