Here’s what you can expect:

1. Step One: Video Interview
   Your journey begins with a video interview with the hiring manager, where we’ll explore whether your professional qualifications and experience align with the position.

2. Step Two: Team Interview
   Next, you’ll participate in a videoconference team interview with the hiring manager, team members, and one of our HR professionals. This is an opportunity for you to learn more about our team dynamic and for us to assess how well you would fit within our culture.

3. Step Three: Assessment with Plante Moran
   In the final step, you’ll complete an assessment with our talent and organizational development consultant, Plante Moran. This includes a series of personality and cognitive ability tests and a one-hour interview with an organizational development professional to gain a deeper understanding of your potential and how you could contribute to our team.

After these three steps, we’ll have a solid understanding of how you can uniquely add value to Cinnaire, and you’ll know whether the position and our culture are a good fit for you.

Once onboard, we’ll provide you with extensive training and integration. You’ll participate in events and activities that build strong connections with your colleagues and become part of a high-performing team—and most importantly, you’ll feel right at home.
