Zack Passios is a Development Analyst for Cinnaire Solutions. Based in our Chicago office, Zack plays a key role in assisting the team with underwriting real estate debt and investments related to affordable housing. He also ensures the excellent and efficient delivery of services that are core to the organization’s mission.​
Zack brings a passion for fostering environments where people feel empowered and confident to live, work, and seek joy. Before joining Cinnaire, he served as an Operations Associate at 3L Real Estate, where he oversaw multifamily building operations, leveraging comprehensive reporting on leasing, maintenance, delinquency, and revenue. His proactive collaboration with property management teams facilitated timely issue resolution. Zack also contributed to the due diligence, acquisition, redevelopment, and lease-up of over 500 units, further highlighting his expertise in multifamily housing operations.​
Zack holds a BS in Commercial Real Estate and Marketing from Marquette University. His academic background, coupled with his professional experience, reflects his dedication to creating positive change within communities through thoughtful and impactful real estate development.
