Jessica is a Title Operations Assistant, Cinnaire Title at the Lansing, MI, office. She is responsible for providing administrative support to the Title team. This includes ordering tax information, placing and tracking searches, preparing title commitments and engaging with our client base.
Prior to joining Cinnaire, Jessica worked for PNC Bank as an Assistant Branch Manager and Teller Lead. Able to adapt skills and strategies to meet the needs of different situations, she consistently met or exceeded goals, driving high client satisfaction and conversion activity.
