Marshall is a Stabilized Asset Manager for Cinnaire’s Asset Management team. He is responsible for managing stabilized assets, financial reporting and partner relationships.
Marshall joined Cinnaire in 2020. He previously served as Asset Manager at the Lansing Housing Commission. There, he worked to maintain high occupancy rates, managed maintenance staff, coordinated rehabbing of units and providing quality customer service to current and prospective tenants. Prior to that position, Marshall served as Office Manager for the Children’s Therapy Center.
Marshall earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Michigan State University. He earned his Master of Business Administration from Northwood University.
