Kristin is the Director of Operations at Cinnaire. In this role, she ensures the smooth and efficient operations of Cinnaire through optimization of processes and procedures to achieve maximum efficiency in support of Cinnaire’s strategic objectives. Prior to becoming Director, Kristen was the Manager of Stabilized and Special Assets, leading our team of Asset Stabilization Experts managing watchlist assets, in addition to overseeing the Asset Managers for our stabilized portfolio and troubled assets within our equity portfolio.
Kristin has worked to upgrade internal processes within our Asset Management department. She serves on Cinnaire’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee, a role she finds to be very rewarding. She has also volunteered on the Cinnaire/MSHDA Asset Management Conference planning committee and on multiple property level efforts ranging from improving landscaping and playgrounds, to repainting commons areas, hallways, and stairwells.
Prior to joining Cinnaire in 2018, Kristin worked as a Regional Property Manager for a large Cleveland based Property Management company, overseeing more than 2000 units across several states.
Kristin’s areas of expertise are financial analysis, risk management, workout planning, investor reporting, investor inquiry responses, annual projects, and forecasting, REO asset management and cultivation of long-term partner relationships. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science with a major in Urban and Regional Planning and a minor in Finance at Michigan State University.
