Careers at Cinnaire
It’s no surprise Cinnaire is consistently ranked on “Best Places to Work” awards each year.
A career at Cinnaire opens countless opportunities for employees to build their skills, push limits and uncover their potential. What makes Cinnaire a great place to work? By putting people first, we strive to be a force for positive change in our people’s lives and within the communities we serve. From above average industry benefits and unlimited paid time off to mentoring and training, our ethos is deeply rooted in inclusion, opportunity and development. The result? An incredible spirit of individuality, collaboration and commitment to purpose has evolved. It’s our culture of living our Why and it is catching on!
Cinnaire's first priority has always been to foster a positive work/life balance. We are fierce protectors of the health and general wellbeing of our people. That is why, in consultation with your manager, we provide you the opportunity to choose where and how you work best, with options that range from fully remote to fully onsite. (See our Work Location policy here.) Also, Cinnaire continues its commitment to providing you with a workplace that is free of known health and safety hazards.
A Purpose Driven Recruiting Process
Joining the Cinnaire team requires some effort but it’s worth it. Since our unique culture is a reflection of our Why and our values, our three-step hiring process:
- The first step in the process is a video interview with a hiring manager to determine if your professional qualifications and experience are a match for the position.
- In the second step, you’ll meet via videoconference for a team interview with the hiring manager, team members and one of our Human Resource professionals.
- The third step is an assessment with our talent and organizational development consultant Plante Moran. This consists of a series of personality and cognitive abilities tests and a one-hour interview with an organizational development professional.
After these three steps, we have a strong sense of your potential to add a unique value to Cinnaire and you'll know if the position and our culture are a good match for you.
We take hiring seriously. Once onboard, you’ll be provided extensive, training and integration. You’ll participate in events and activities that build connections with your colleagues. You’ll become part of a high performing team. And you’ll feel right at home.
