Hope Woods Senior Apartments is anything but old and tired after ten years of operation. The lively residents in Kalamazoo, Michigan threw themselves a ten year anniversary party this September to celebrate all of the things that make Hope Woods the perfect place to call home. In 2004, Cinnaire invested $1.2 million of Housing Tax Credit equity to newly construct Hope Woods’ 150 apartment homes for Kalamazoo-area seniors, many of whom are on a fixed income. Cinnaire wishes a happy ten year anniversary and many more to all of the residents, staff and partners of Hope Woods Apartment Homes.
