Rachel is Vice President of Operations in Cinnaire’s Lansing office. Her role involves developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives; driving process improvement initiatives across all operational areas; fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
She joined Cinnaire as an Accounting Manager before being promoted to Controller, responsible for Cinnaire’s accepting operations, internal controls, budgeting, tax affairs, financial reporting, and forecasting.
Rachel previously worked as Financial Controller at the Michigan Health Information Network. There, she was responsible for the oversight of the general accounting process of Inter-company entities, implementing accounting policies and interpreting guidance in accordance to accounting transactions. Prior to that position, Rachel worked at the Michigan Manufacturers Association.
Rachel earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baker College. She earned her Master of Science in Accounting from Maryville University of Saint Louis.
