Nicole is Vice President, Development, for Cinnaire Solutions in our Madison, WI office. She is charged with driving development work for Cinnaire’s three Priority City markets. She is responsible for leading, inspiring and supporting a highly effective team of development professionals to complete projects on schedule and on budget while maximizing financial return, development quality and community impact.
Nicole brings to our team extensive experience in real estate development, with a focus on affordable housing and community development. Tapping into her excellent relationship-building skills, Nicole has brought numerous projects to life that are compassionate, sustainable and highly valued by the communities they serve. Prior to joining Cinnaire, Nicole served as Executive Director at the Wisconsin Partnership for Housing Development, where she managed administration for housing programs, developed affordable rental and homeownership opportunities, and advocated on behalf of safe, affordable communities. She also served as Director of Development at Gorman & Company in Oregon, WI.
Nicole earned her BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and a Master’s in Urban Planning and Regional Planning from the University of Madison-Wisconsin. She serves as a City of Madison Plan Commission member, Vice President of the Rodney School House Board of Directors, Dane County Housing Initiative Committee Member, and the WI Collaborative for Affordable Housing Committee Member.
