Kevin Crawley has been with Cinnaire since 2003 and has more than 21 years of experience in affordable housing. As Chief Operating Officer, he currently oversees the day-to-day operations of Cinnaire, as well as the asset management, underwriting, legal, information technology, human resources and administrative support functions of the company.Â
Kevin previously held various positions at Cinnaire including executive vice president of business development, vice president of asset management, and vice president of investor relations and fund management. As executive vice president of business development, he was instrumental in implementing enterprise risk management and incentive compensation programs as well as other operational and management improvements.Â
As vice president of asset management, Kevin was responsible for reorganizing the department and updating its policies and procedures to allow for the effective asset management of a portfolio that grew from $225 million when he joined Cinnaire, to the more than $2 billion that is managed today. As vice president of investor relations and fund management, he was successful in helping Cinnaire close several multi-investor tax credit funds. He was also integral in Cinnaire closing its first guaranteed fund, its first single investor fund and its first community-based fund.Â
Prior to joining Cinnaire, Kevin spent seven years with Plante Moran PLLC where he provided audit, tax, and consulting services to real estate and affordable housing clients. Kevin earned his B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University.
