Kelly is Cinnaire’s Director, Human Resources and Administrative Services. Her most important responsibility is recruiting the best and the brightest into the Cinnaire family. She joined Cinnaire in 2013, and manages the human resources operations and systems. In her role she focuses on developing employees both personally and professionally, and determining where training and employee education can contribute to the overall success of our team. She began her career in the legal profession, moved on to manage distribution for a Michigan oil company and then to regional operations for a midwestern engineering firm. Kelly has over 20 years of management experience.
Kelly earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from Northwood University in Michigan and is a member of the National Society for Human Resources Management.
