Keith joined Cinnaire in 2002 and serves as Senior Vice President-Business Development for Illinois and Indiana. Business developers work with developers to understand their goals and help them achieve them through financing and capacity building.
Keith’s responsibilities include originating Low Income Housing Tax Credit equity and multi-family debt. He also has experience as an underwriter of multi-family developments.
Keith brings over 30 years of community and economic development finance expertise to Cinnaire. He has a unique set of problem-solving skills and a passion for serving people and communities in need.
In addition to his work at Cinnaire, Keith serves on the boards of the Illinois Housing Council; Indiana Affordable Housing Council; Board Secretary for Prosperity Indiana; Board Chair for the Coalition for Homeless Intervention & Prevention (CHIP); Hamilton Area Neighborhood Development (HAND); First Pathway Community Development Advisory Committee; Ball State University Planning Alumni Advisory Board; and the City of Indianapolis Advisory and Redevelopment CDE.
Keith earned his Bachelor’s degree from Northern Kentucky University and his Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Ball State University.
