Katey Forth is Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Cinnaire, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, including the Operations and Information Technology teams.
Prior to being appointed COO, Katey served as Executive Vice President, Public Funding, overseeing our New Markets Tax Credits and Capital Magnet Fund programs. She has been a member of the Cinnaire team since 2007 with more than 25 years of finance and lending experience. Katey served in several key leadership roles, starting as Controller and later serving as the President of Cinnaire Lending, where she helped grow our lending programs and strengthen operations. Her work has helped bring vital resources to projects that create impact—health care centers, schools, job training programs, affordable housing, and more. Her leadership extends beyond Cinnaire—she currently serves as Vice Chair of the CDFI Coalition and sits on several nonprofit boards.
Prior to joining Cinnaire in 2007, Katey worked as a senior audit manager at Plante & Moran, specializing in real estate and governmental audits.
Katey earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University.
