Josh joined Cinnaire in 2014 and serves as Senior Vice President, Syndication Funding. He is charged with management of Cinnaire’s investment strategies, oversight of our equity funds, investor due diligence, and fund modeling. Josh has held positions of increasing responsibility at Cinnaire including Vice President of Asset Management, Asset Stabilization Expert, Director of Special Assets, and Asset Manager. In each of his roles, he has helped refine the asset management process and has developed tools that allow for more efficient and effective portfolio analysis.
Prior to joining Cinnaire, Josh provided technical assistance to distressed HUD Grantees. His work as  a technical assistance provider specialized in CDBG, HOME, and NSP.
Josh earned his B.S. from Calvin College and his M.S. from the University of Wisconsin.
