Jake serves as Senior Vice President, Business Development in our Wilmington office where he leads Cinnaire’s LIHTC equity and multi-family debt originations in the Mid-Atlantic.
Jake joined Cinnaire in 2019 with over 10 years of experience in community and economic development finance. He previously worked at SomerCor, a Chicago-based SBA lender and Grant Program Administrator. In his role there, Jake worked closely with Chicago’s Mayor’s Office and Planning Department to design, launch and implement Chicago’s Neighborhood Opportunity Fund program. He is also a Board Member for EG Woode, L3C, a social impact real estate developer and entrepreneur incubator. ​
Jake earned a BA in Psychology at UW-Madison, a Master of Urban Planning degree from the University of Illinois-Chicago and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
