Tony is a Fund Manager in our Lansing office. He first joined Cinnaire in 2013 as an Analyst on the Underwriting team. In 2018, Tony was promoted to Stabilized Asset Manager for Cinnaire’s Asset Management team leading the creation of a lower tier property insurance management program. In his role, Tony is responsible for managing stabilized assets, financial reporting, and partner relationships.
Tony enjoys working with colleagues to come up with creative solutions to help resolve complex scenarios for partners. He implemented a compliance tracking and monitoring process for property-level insurance across Cinnaire’s LIHTC, Lending, NMTC, and DMI portfolios, and designed the quality control review for quarterly reporting on lower tier properties and new hire training for the reporting process.
Tony has an Asset Management Specialist designation through the Consortium of Housing and Asset Management (CHAM) and NeighborWorks America.  He received his B.S. in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
