Ryan Robinson serves as President of Cinnaire Syndication, leading the organization’s business development team and spearheading efforts to finance affordable housing projects through Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) syndication. With extensive expertise in tax credit syndication, investor relations, and fund management, Ryan drives growth and operational excellence across Cinnaire’s business lines. Previously, Ryan served as Executive Vice President of Operations and Corporate Risk Management, where he advanced organizational efficiency by establishing a clear focus on execution and accountability, proactively managing risk, and overseeing Asset Management.
During his time at Cinnaire, Ryan has also served as Vice President of Fund Management and was responsible for managing more than 60 multi-investor funds, proprietary funds and guaranteed funds, and Vice President of Asset Management. In this role, he worked with asset management staff in six offices covering 12 states to manage Cinnaire’s portfolio of more than $3.7 billion. In addition to the various positions he has held, Ryan has taken a lead role in the Cinnaire Managers Group, establishment of the staff engagement committee and various other initiatives.
Prior to joining Cinnaire, Ryan worked as the controller of a Lansing-based mutual insurance company, MCIM. He began his professional career at Plante Moran PLLC as an auditor, specializing in real estate and affordable housing.
Ryan is on the Board of Junior Achievement of Mid-Michigan and actively involved in Boys and Girls Club, Ele’s Place, Mother Teresa House and Chosen Vision. Ryan earned his B.A. and his M.S. from Michigan State University.
