Riley joined Cinnaire in 2023 as a Development Analyst in our Madison, WI office. He works closely with our Development Managers and supports affordable housing developments in Wisconsin, Delaware, and New Jersey.
He was born in Lodi, Wisconsin, and had the opportunity to move to Milwaukee in 2019 to pursue his Bachelor’s at Marquette University. After being involved in the NAIOP Minnesota Case Competition and learning about affordable housing, he found a passion for developing housing that would transform and give back to communities.
Riley earned his Bachelor of Commercial Real Estate and Finance from Marquette University. He is also a Marquette Real Estate Club member and volunteers with the Lodi High School Football program.
