Rex Boyce is a Development Analyst for Cinnaire Solutions. He plays a key role in assisting the team with underwriting real estate debt and investments.
Prior to this position, Rex served as an intern at Cinnaire, and with the Community Development Department in Birmingham, MI, where he shadowed the Head Municipal Planner and gained experience with municipal planning processes. He also worked at Pinnacle Health and Fitness, beginning at the front desk and advancing to a Sales Representative role, where he helped drive memberships and services.
Rex holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Urban Studies & Landscape Architecture and a Master of Science in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He is also actively involved in several organizations, including the UW–Madison Real Estate Club, Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA), Wisconsin Alumni Association (WAA), Wisconsin Servant Leadership Roundtables, and the Real Estate Investment Association (REIA).
