LaFrancia joined Cinnaire in January 2023 as a Recruitment Specialist based in our office. She serves as the first point of contact for all Cinnaire job applicants, developing recruiting relationships in order to create a diverse, top-quality candidate base.
LaFrancia has utilized her exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build focused and ambitious teams. At Kelly Services and LaJoy Group, she served as a recruiter, leading high volume recruitment efforts for clients in various professional and industrial industries. She also oversaw the full cycle of the hiring process, from sourcing talent to onboarding.
LaFrancia is interested in transforming and improving lives in underserved communities. She is a member of the New Metro Detroit Chapter of the National Association of Black Business and Professional Women’s Club Inc. and coaches the color guard and majorette program at Detroit Martin Luther King Jr. Senior High School.
LaFrancia graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in Advertising.
